User Management

Manage user accounts and access to the gateway.

User Roles

  • Administrator: Full system access
  • Operator: View and configure devices
  • Viewer: Read-only access

Adding Users

  1. Navigate to Admin → Users
  2. Click Add User
  3. Enter details:
  4. Username
  5. Email
  6. Role
  7. Click Save

User receives invitation email with SSO setup instructions.

Managing Users

  • Edit: Modify user details or role
  • Disable: Temporarily revoke access
  • Delete: Permanently remove user

Best Practices

  • Use least privilege principle
  • Regular access reviews
  • Remove inactive users
  • Use SSO for authentication
